I know personally when it comes to the thought of losing or maintaining weight it can become a bit daunting and overwhelming. There are many reasons why people can have difficult maintaining and losing weight throughout their life. Good news! You can do it! What really helps me is by logging my daily intake of food, water, exercise and thoughts. I use this absolutely wonderful app called “My Fitness Pal” to track my food calorie intake, exercise and water consumption. I have my daily calorie intake set to 1,200 calories a day and my water consumption to at least 10 cups of water a day. My Fitness Pal helps me remember what my goals are, keeps me accountable and helps with my overall health. Since using My Fitness Pal app, I can honestly and truly say that I have been more aware of my health. I have also been losing and maintaining healthy weight loss on a daily basis. I feel so much better since I know what I have to do each and everyday. I am no longer guessing what my calorie intake is or how much exercise I have done or how much water I am drinking because it is all being logged daily. I also like the fact that they send you a daily reminder when you haven’t logged anything yet. What makes his app even better is that fact that it is “FREE”!
