As I’ve gotten older and due to many injuries throughout the years. My knees have really taken a toll! It seems even things such as the rain, snow and humidity have major effects on my knees. When you have a busy life and everything is coming at you at once. At times stretching let alone any type of exercise is not on the top of the priority list. When actuality it should be in your top five things to do each and everyday.
I’ve learned that when I don’t actively participate in my daily knee routine exercises. My knees hurt so bad and that trickles down to the point wherein my lower back starts to lock up. Trust me when your knees hurt so bad you feel like you can’t walk and it definitely is uncomfortable no matter what position you are in. I’m not a big fan of medication but I do believe in exercise, supplements and maintaining a healthy diet. Below I will list the exercises and supplements that I do and take as well as certain foods I try to stay away from to better manage my knee pain.
