Hello All!
I know we are headed towards the end of this month, but I still want to post an October fitness calendar! I am also doing a NO PROTEIN challenge! There is no limit when you put your mind to it! The best thing we can do for ourselves is keep ourselves active and that includes the body, mind and spirit!
