I know it is not Tuesday, but don’t let that stop you from doing walking meditation! Today I will tell you an excellent benefit of walking meditation! It is a for sure stress reducer! Isn’t that great? Of course it is! The combination of meditation and physical movement significantly lowers your stress levels. Additionally, it promotes relaxation, which in return can lead to a major decrease in depression and anxiety symptoms.
I suffer from depression and anxiety, and I can tell you personally, that I highly benefit from walking meditation. So, why can’t we take this journey together?! Join me every Tuesday evenings for some great walking and meditation!
